As you may or may not know, I am not a morning exerciser! I prefer to workout around 4PM or 5PM. I find I have the most energy at this time and its a great time to sneak it in before dinner. I have been trying to convert to morning workouts to have a better schedule and to prepare for the 10K and half marathon I plan on running within the next year. So, this morning was my first attempt at an AM workout! Although I did not run nearly as long as I wanted to, I was glad that I got my butt out of bed! I think it will take a few days to get used to it
After my run, I made oatmeal! I used an oatmeal mix that has all kinds of seeds in it, its delish! And of course, topped with some blueberries and peanut butter. I broke out the KERF dish this morning!
Another busy day lined up today so I better get working on my To Do List!!

Great job on your AM workout. I think I do better running if I go at 4 or 5, but sometimes it’s just cooler outside (!!!) and I force myself to go first thing. Thanks for your comment re my pup, and hope your thesis work is going well.
