Craptastic day at work, which is never a good way to come back from such a fun weekend :O(.
I didn’t get home until just before 10PM but because we’d been so busy, I hardly had a chance to think about being hungry. Probably a very good thing! Once I got home, I put together this little plate for supper.

On top of some FSTG tortillas I layered pickles, feta, humus, a crumbled veggie burger and salsa. I decided the plate didn’t look very filling once I had it assembled so I warmed up my leftover tofu from the other night and added that on also. Surprisingly very delicious! Or was that just my hunger speaking?? Either way, it worked!
After dinner I Skyped with two of my college roommates who have just moved back in together to do their Master’s. One of them you might remember – Aaron! Aaron told me she drank beer for 7 days straight once she arrived at school for orientation. She was worried about a freshman 15 gain. I told her I would take a picture of her in a few months and post it on the blog to show what happened to her since she quit. hehehehe. Just kidding! I’m sure she will look just as lovely :O).
So when I have a bad day at work, one of my bad habits is to decide that I need to freak out about my job and my life and how I have nothing figured out yet at the age of 24, which is not really something worth freaking out about ever, as I usually know when I’m feeling less stressed. But tonight could very well have been one of those nights where I decide to panic a bit. So after I got off the phone with Aaron and Jenny, I was sitting here, starting to blog and eating a chocolate. And look what it said!

Awww. Is that like a sign or what!? Sometimes I need to just take a chill pill.
Soooo on that note, I think I’ll go unwind for a little while now… See you tomorrow!

Ohmigosh we must be cut from the same cloth. When I have a bad day I also lose it, obsessing that I don’t know where my life is going and I should have done this, that, etc. Hope today is a good day!
i’m the exact same way!! and i love this story about the dove chocolate…i ALWAYS have the same thing happen to me with fortune cookies and posted on my teabags…its the strangest thing. hope you’re feeling better dear
how wise your chocolate is!
I’m the same way, I think most people feel that way about their life. Especially at the age we’re at when we feel like we’re supposed to have things figured out, but I don’t think many people actually do!
Love the saying!
