Hi There!
It has been an exciting morning for Dining and Dishing because we have a new, spiffy banner! I have been wanting to get a customized banner for this blog for a while, since my old one was just an old pic taken back when Aaron and I were Cross Border Cravings. Cory over at Zesty Blog Consulting created this new one and I absolutely love it!! Just what I had imagined :O).
Who else is in shock that it’s December 1 already!? My god this year is flying. I love December and the holiday season so I’m kind of hoping things will slow down this month! I want to soak it all in. Wednesday my roommates and I are getting a real tree for our apartment. Super excited for that! My parents have a LAME fake tree since they claim we lost interest in gathering a real one (lies) so I’m so happy to have a nice authentic tree in my own apartment. Of course I’m not part of the gathering of this one either since my roommate is going with her friend after work, but I swear I will appreciate it!!
Anyway, I’m drifting. Let’s get back to some food. Breakfast!
It was so, so cold in my apartment when I woke up this morning. Sleeping next to a wall of windows doesn’t help much. A nice warm bowl of oatmeal may have been the better choice but I got some TJ’s Carrot Ginger muffins yesterday and couldn’t resist! With pineapple (coooold) and a warm mug of vanilla soy milk – mm mm.
I am starting to feel a bit more caught up after the weekend away but still have lots more to get to on my to-do list, so that is top priority after work today!

TJ’s Carrot Ginger Muffin is my favorite!!!! The ingredients list is unbeatable.
As for the Clif bars? I find them on campus…I’ve seen them at WFs too I believe…
I’ve still not tried the TJs carrot ginger muffins! I see them every time, pass them and forget to go back haha
