Friiiiiday.

Last night I stayed up late watching season 2 of The Office. I always meant to get into that show but am terrible about keeping up with a series.  So now that I have Netflix I am catching up! I finally got to see the episode where Jim tells Pam he’s in love with her and oh my. Quite possible the most romantic TV moment I’ve ever seen in my life!! I know they’re not real but it just gave me the happy chills :O).

Since I was up late I decided I could be like Santa and leave my gifts downstairs while my roommates were nestled all snug in their beds.

More truffles! Ha sorry I swear this is the last time you’ll see them. I couldn’t mention my real intentions for the truffles here because I didn’t want to ruin the surprise! I was going to wait until our Christmas feast on Sunday to hand them out but I think the sooner after making the better with any sort of food item.

After I finished my sneaky santa mission I slept like a baby. It took thoughts of this to get me up this morning:

• 1/3 cup each oats/vanilla soy/water
• splash of vanilla
• cinnamon
• a banana
• tbsp. of flax
• tbsp. of maple syrup
• 2 tsp. of almond butter

Yummm, I have been missing my oats this week.

So that’s it for today! Work for a few more hours and then I’m off to a goodbye happy hour for my friend Jamie who is leaving to live in Indonesia. Adventurous girl!
