hurray for trips to Cleveland! unfortunately, I have to report that the snow just started today and is supposed to NOT STOP until Thursday. at least that was the early report. hopefully they will have the roads plowed by the weekend when you get here!

All I know is I saw a bacon donut on Diners, Drive-ins and Dives last night and I have to admit I was intrigued!!! Bacon is a classic!! :>

From a health perspective, I suppose cracklings are better than chips. They do have a good amount of protein in them compared to chips.
I wasn’t aware that they were up-and-comers on the food scene though.

Our snow is yet to arrive in the midwest – starting tonight through early Wednesday, about 12+ inches predicted.

I really am ready for spring though!

Mmmm…bacon – its funny, my step-son was over yesterday and I was cooking bacon up for my bacon cheese fries and he said “I could really go my whole life without having another piece of bacon.”

My husband and I were like “what is wrong with you!”
